Click here or on the image to participate in a self-assessment activity and receive a certificate of participation to add to your professional development portfolio.  Before taking the self-assessment it is advisable to review the Psychological Health in the OT Workplace background paper, the series of short OT videos and the Recommendations.

 

Suggestion: You might like to do this with a group of OT co-workers so you can learn together and discuss your thoughts.  Learning the material together will also help you generate ideas and an action plan for addressing issues in your own workplace.  You are able to  print  certificates of participation at the end of taking the self-assessment for everyone participating at the time.
